Comment : On Max Cleworths excellent site there is a pic of renewal works at Foxhall showing horror of horrors a FACING crossover!! Surely far too dangerous? To allow cars from Starr Gate to reverse into Hopton Road, wont a trailing crossover be just as effective? |

Comment : I was a kid in Blackpool from 1948 to 1954. I lived on Waterloo Rd and can remember the excitment of the new Coronation(?) trams when they were introduced. The trams used to run right by our front door and if I remember correctly the routes looped around |
